About AllPDFTools

AllPDFTools started with a simple frustration that almost everyone has felt at some point: you have a PDF that needs a small change, and suddenly you are stuck. Maybe you need to merge two files before sending them, shrink a document so it fits an upload limit, or pull a few pages out of a long report. The obvious solutions are either expensive subscriptions, bloated desktop programs, or sketchy websites plastered with misleading download buttons. We thought there had to be a better way, so we built one.

Our mission

Our mission is to make working with PDFs genuinely easy, completely free, and respectful of your privacy. We believe that basic document tasks — merging, splitting, compressing and converting — should not cost money or require you to hand your personal files over to a company you do not trust. Every tool we build is designed to be fast enough to use in the middle of a busy day and simple enough that you do not need any technical knowledge to get a clean result.

What we value

Privacy comes first. Your documents belong to you, and we design our tools so that your files are processed quickly and never sold, shared, or used for advertising. Wherever possible, the work happens right in your browser so your content does not need to travel anywhere at all.

Simplicity comes next. It is easy to overload a tool with options until it becomes confusing. We deliberately keep our interfaces clean, with a clear layout that shows your controls on one side and a live preview of the result on the other. You should always be able to see what a change does before you commit to it.

Accessibility matters to us too. We build with keyboard navigation, readable contrast, and screen-reader support in mind, because a tool that only works for some people is not really finished. Whether you are on a fast laptop or an older phone, the experience should feel smooth and dependable.

Where we are headed

AllPDFTools is growing. We are steadily adding new tools to cover more of the tasks people run into every day, and each one is held to the same standard: free, fast, private and easy to use. Our long-term goal is to be the single bookmark you keep for anything PDF-related, so you never have to wonder which website to trust the next time a document needs fixing.
